1. Who is responsible

2. What this website does not do
It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and it embeds no content from other companies. The fonts are served from this domain, so opening a page does not contact Google or any other font provider.
3. Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical data that the servers record in log files:
- IP address
- date and time of the request
- the page requested and the page you came from
- browser, operating system and device type
We use this data only to deliver the website and keep it secure, never to identify you or build profiles. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a website that works and is secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel keeps these logs for a limited period and then deletes them automatically. Vercel may process data in the United States. Vercel is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are also covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Contacting us by email
If you email us, we use your address and message to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a contract with us, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. Our email is hosted by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, under a data processing agreement. We delete messages once they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.
5. Links to other websites
Links to loveiq.org lead to our consumer brand LoveIQ, which has its own privacy policy. Those links include a note in the address saying they came from this website; it identifies this website, not you.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16), erased (Art. 17) or restricted (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To use any of these rights, email hello@loveiq.org.
You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (datenschutz-berlin.de).
